Not necessarily. While I am a psychiatrist and can prescribe medication, it is only one tool in our toolkit. Many of my patients find success through psychotherapy alone. If we do decide medication is appropriate, it will be a thoughtful, shared decision with the goal of supporting your overall wellness.

To ensure the highest level of individualized and thoughtful care, this practice operates as an out-of-network provider. This means I do not bill insurance companies directly. Payment is due at the time of service.

By not partnering with insurance panels, our work remains strictly between us. Insurance often dictates the frequency and length of sessions. Here, we decide together what pace is best for your healing.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, I kindly ask for at least 48 business hours' notice, otherwise the full fee for the session is charged. This allows me the opportunity to offer that time to another individual who may be in need of care.
